The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) released an awesome toolkit yesterday that guides consumers through the mortgage and homebuying process. It includes an explanation of the changes that will take place August 1st, and includes sample forms of the new disclosures – Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure – that must be used.
